About The Owner:

Bryce Cheng is a third generation property manager who self-manages his own properties and provides management services for anyone looking for assistance with their own. His educational background is in accounting and he holds a Bachelors of Science from the University of California, Riverside; graduating in 2016. Due to an underlying interest in real estate, he set his sights towards it and became a licensed Realtor in the state of California. He hung his license with Ko Tai Realty in San Gabriel and currently is still working with the brokerage. BCPM also has a sister company called Modern Theory Construction with Bryce as the owner and license holder. Modern Theory Construction holds a General Contractor (Gen B) license and handles the maintenance and renovations needed for the properties BCPM manages. Modern Theory Construction also specializes in renovations, home theaters, apartment turnover, CCTV surveillance systems, alternative energy systems, and more! Eventually, Modern Theory Construction and BCPM has his sights set on Real Estate Development and will be utilizing both of its resources to achieve this.
